How to Order Online
You can order online by clicking on the "Add To Basket" button at each product. At any time whilst you are shopping you can check what you have ordered by clicking on the "Your Basket" button at the top of any page on the site. Your order is not submitted until you have had the chance to review all of the details.
Once you have sent us your order we will review the details and then contact you to confirm availability and agree a convenient delivery date. At this point we will also take credit card details over the telephone as we no longer take online payments or hold any credit card details on our server for security reasons.
How to Order by Telephone
You can order by telephone by calling 0870 850 6207. Lines are open Monday to Saturday 0900 Hrs - 1700 Hrs. We are closed, fortunately, on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
If you want to place an order by telephone please have your credit card or debit card details to hand and access to the Internet in case you need to be referred to a particular item or reference.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full by cheque 30 days from when your cancellation is received in writing.
